Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping (DE)

Standard shipping (usually DHL, 1-3 days) within Germany is free of charge.

In the event of a reshipment due to an incorrectly deposited address by the buyer, we reserve the right to claim the flat shipping fee in retrospect. The flat rate amounts to € 4.99. It is the duty of the buyer to check all information before completing the ordering process.

Premium shipping (DE)

We offer premium shipping (usually next-day delivery for orders placed on weekdays before 18:30) with our partner Zenrush. Therefore we charge a shipping fee of €3.99, which we waive for orders with a total value of €85 or more.

European Union (UPS Standard)

For shipping to the following (EU) countries we charge a flat rate of 9,99 €:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Note: The delivery times stated on the website always refer to delivery within Germany. Deliveries to other countries may take longer.

Rest of the world (UPS Express Saver)

For the UK we charge €19.99 and for orders from all other non-EU countries, we charge a flat shipping rate of €29.99. Additional duties, taxes and fees may apply.
