We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to find a solution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer free returns, because we are convinced about our products and quality. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Damage and problems

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We want to help you with your issue as soon as possible.

Every return registered and received will be carefully reviewed by us. Please note that we reserve the right to give only a partial refund for damages that are not due to a product defect, or to reject the return entirely.

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. In the case of a refund, we will use the original payment method you selected. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to you as well.


Unfortunately, once we have received an order and have already begun fulfilling your order, there is no way to cancel the order. If you ordered an incorrect variant of a particular item, please contact us at support@gentlemens.de.

Exceptions / Disposable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers or plants), special orders (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (like beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
