Shipment
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to Germany is free for you for all your orders. We will of course cover these costs for you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders that we have in stock and that are received Monday to Saturday until 5 pm will be shipped the same day. Thanks to our central logistics center in Erfurt(DE) your package will reach you in 1-2 business days.

You can always see the delivery time on each product page. The following traffic light system helps you:

- In stock - 1-2 business days

- Not in stock - 2-3 weeks

Which countries does Gentlemen's ship to?

We currently ship free to Germany. For international shipping, please contact us in advance at support@gentlemens-shop.com.

Which shipping service provider will my package be shipped with?

We will ship your package from our warehouse in Germany with DHL.

How can I track my order?

We send a shipping and order confirmation for each order by email. The shipping confirmation includes the tracking number to your order. You can check the current shipment status of your order by clicking on the link from the shipping confirmation.

Returns
How can I return my order?

We extend the legal withdrawal period of 14 days and offer you the possibility within 30 days without giving reasons to return your order in its original condition to us. However, as a young startup, it would still help us a lot if you could briefly explain the reasons for your return. Please use our virtual assistant so that we can process your request quickly. Our assistant will help you with your request and guide you through the return process.

What is the pop-up mechanism on Cardholder?

The pop-up mechanism is a particularly fast and orderly way to access your cards in your cardholder. Just press the head and you can access all your cards in your cardholder.

What is RFID and RFID protection?

RFID is a technology which allows you to pay or identify yourself contactless with your card. Unfortunately, it is possible for unauthorized people to read your cards through mobile readers on conventional wallets without RFID protection.

In response to this new danger, we have integrated RFID protection into the aluminum housing in all Gentlemen's Cardholders, which protects your cards from unauthorized people.
